Below are the policies established by the controlling partners of Dynamic Technologies, LLC for use in dealing with current and future clients. All of these policies are set forth to insure that the client receives the highest quality of service.
Our Goals
The mission we have set for ourselves is a simple one. We will strive to provide our clients with a superior level of customer service at a fair price. We will work with our clients as Solution Providers, sharing information and procedures so that our clients can learn and grow along with us as team players. We do not promote the age-old "smoke and mirrors" concept that other consulting firms may use. We do believe that by conducting our business relationships in this way will only benefit everyone involved.
Guaranteed Response Time
Dynamic Technologies guarantees the quick and immediate response to any call for service. If anyone from your company attempts to contact us via the established methods, (i.e.: Telephone, Pager, then Cell Phone), we guarantee that your call will be returned within 60 minutes. If your call is not answered, the next 60 minutes of service will be provided free of charge. This guarantee is provided to you free of charge, as it is a standard operating procedure of Dynamic Technologies.
NO Annual Service Contracts
Dynamic Technologies does not support the "industry standard" of charging clients for the "privilege" of doing business with us. Therefore, unless you require additional support contracts from equipment or software suppliers, you will not be charged annual fees just for using our services. Our charges to you will be based on actual work performed, billed at our agreed upon hourly rates. Should you require additional equipment support contracts, these will be billed at cost. The only additional charge to you will be for research or contract setup.
